Who we are

Donghae Eco Energy will lead the market customized to customer demand through the new renewable energy convergence technology, small power, and the remote-control system for self solar power generating irrigation equipment.

The remote-control system for self-generating irrigation equipment is a product that escapes the form of using external power from other companies through a self-powered power storage module with a small hydro and solar power complex structure. It is an ICT convergence integrated product that transmits sensor data and judges and controls failure prediction at a remote location.

Product application fields are multi-purpose waterways, reservoirs, water and sewage systems, sewage treatment plants, smart farms (fruit trees, horticultural facilities), smart cities, high-rise building systems, green parks, etc.

The remote system for self-generating irrigation equipment 11 cases of intellectual property rights and technical know-how are secured. The remote system for self-generating irrigation equipment (small hydro power, solar power) is the only ICT convergence product at home and abroad that utilizes eco-friendly new renewable clean energy.

Self-powered (small hydro, solar) energy generation and power storage technology (ESS: 100Wh~3kWh), sensor (temperature, pressure, flow), valve motor, remote control monitoring integrated system structure and smart valve are the only products that can be optimized at home and abroad to enable lightweight, compact and flow control.

The government’s Green New Deal policy and eco-friendly new and renewable energy, small hydro and solar power generation, are clean energy without pollution and have a higher energy density than other alternative energy sources, so they are evaluated as a resource with great development value.

 

Our advantages

Among the irrigation equipment, the smart valve is the only optimal structure between faces at home and abroad. The distance between faces of the existing valve (100mm diameter) is reduced to 51mm (199mm), making it possible to reduce the size and weight, control flow rate, and prevent leakage. It is used in various ways such as water and oil gas.

The generator capacitor structure prevents sensor eddy currents in the structure between the valve faces, and is designed to optimize flow velocity through CFD and FSI analysis of propeller rotation, so that the sensor does not interfere with the measurement of the sensor for the rotor.

The control system enables valve motor failure prediction (including battery), pipe leakage phenomenon, and failure prediction through sensors and self-power generation to drive the valve motor (on/off), sensor sensing, and two-way wireless communication (LoRa) inside the pipe. It is an efficient system for controlling agricultural and living water and responding to disasters by grafting a monitoring system capable of two-way remote control in a situation room or mobile.

Compared to similar products of other companies, it has a structure that is 30-50% cheaper in terms of price on a single unit basis.

The remote control system for self-generating irrigation equipment is an integrated structure that generates self-power (ESS 100Wh~3KWh) using the flow rate of water, and attaches a sensor (pressure) between the valve faces to drive measured data and valves (on/off). It is a system product that uses self-power of the city, alarms for equipment failure prediction and remote control monitoring of sensor (temperature, flow, pressure) data through remote two-way wireless communication.◦ Among irrigation equipment, smart valves are compact and lightweight, flow control and leakage prevention structure are possible by reducing the distance between faces of the existing valve (100mm diameter) to 51mm (199mm reduction).

 

The sensor (flow rate) structure is developed as an integral structure with the propeller rotor, and it is a type of product that does not interfere with measuring the sensor for the rotor.

 

About our projects

The market approach in the valve/sensor field is essential for pipeline-type structures such as water, oil, and gas, enabling market diversification. Therefore, we are requesting an additional self-powered irrigation equipment system by participating in the demonstration test bed project in cooperation with Donghae Co., Ltd. at the Yeongheung Thermal Power Plant of Korea South-East Power Plant among the six power plants.
